    Prior to joining Pacer, Mr. Caschera held progressively responsible sales and distribution roles at SC Distributors, Resource Securities, and KBS Capital Markets. His experience spans internal sales, client service, and wholesaling, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial advisory landscape. In 2023, he earned the FINRA Series 24 principal registration, reflecting his commitment to professional development and leadership within the investment industry
