Role Overview

As a CMT, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, patterns, and indicators to enhance our trading strategies and risk management. You’ll collaborate with our team to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct in-depth technical analysis of financial markets, including equities, commodities, and currencies.

– Use charting tools and technical indicators to identify trends, support/resistance levels, and potential entry/exit points.

– Develop and refine trading strategies based on technical analysis principles.

– Monitor market conditions and provide timely updates to the team.

– Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical analysis.

– Be able to lead monthly technical webinars with clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

– Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation is required.
– Proven experience in technical analysis and trading.
– Proficiency with trading platforms and technical analysis software (e.g.,Factset).
– Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
